The figures below are guide ranges based on the size and photos you send. Condition is what moves the number — silicone that has to be cut out rather than scrubbed, a range hood nobody has opened in years, a home left in a state the photos didn't show. The team checks the job before starting and confirms the price then.
If it comes to more than the estimate, you're told before anything is touched — and you can say no and pay nothing. Work only ever proceeds at a price you've approved.

What is a Korean move-in clean (입주청소)?
In Korea it's standard to have a professional deep clean done on an empty home before you move in — every cabinet, window frame, fan, bathroom and floor, plus removal of construction dust and previous-tenant grime. It's priced by home size and absolutely worth it. We book and supervise it for you in English.
How is cleaning priced?
Deep cleans are priced by home size: a studio is typically around ₩250,000, a 2-bedroom around ₩500,000, and 30-pyeong-plus apartments from ₩700,000. Regular housekeeping starts from ₩70,000 per 3-hour visit. Tell us your size (it's on your lease, in pyeong or ㎡) and we confirm a quote in the chat.
Do I need to be home? Do I provide supplies?
You don't need to be home — share your door code or leave a key with the building office, and we coordinate access in Korean. Deep-clean teams bring all equipment and supplies. For regular housekeeping you can provide your preferred products or ask the cleaner to bring theirs for a small fee.
The bathroom mold keeps coming back. Can you fix that?
We remove existing mold, scrub the grout, and re-silicone where it's beyond saving. If it keeps returning, the cause is usually poor ventilation or a hidden leak — we can bring in our plumbing team to check, all in the same conversation.
Do you do Airbnb turnover cleaning?
Yes — turnovers between guests: beds made, towels swapped, kitchen and bathroom reset. Tell us your check-out and check-in window and we'll confirm what the team can commit to. Recurring schedules get a per-turnover rate.
How do I pay? I don't have a Korean card.
Our own fee is paid by PayPal — card or PayPal balance, no Korean bank account needed. The cleaning team's charge is settled with them directly: most take cash or bank transfer, and some take cards. Tell us what suits you and we'll confirm it with them before booking, receipts included.
