The catch-all service

Not sure who to call?
Message us anyway.

Some problems don't fit in a category. If it's a real-life problem in Korea that needs a local to solve it, describe it in English — we'll figure out who fixes it, get you a fixed quote, and handle the Korean side. The first answer is always free.

Real requests we handle

"Can you help with…?" — probably, yes

❄️

Appliance repair

AC not cooling, washing machine flashing a Korean error code, fridge making noises. We book the right technician — often the brand's official service center — and interpret the diagnosis.

🪳

Pest control

Cockroaches, ants, mites in summer. Vetted pest teams, scheduled around your day, with plain-English advice on keeping them gone.

📞

Calls made for you

Telecom cancellations, delivery disputes, clinic appointments, landlord conversations. Tell us the outcome you want; we make the call and report back in English.

🌐

Internet & utility setup

New apartment, no idea where to start? We arrange internet installation, transfer utilities into your name, and explain the bills once they arrive.

🔨

Handyman jobs

TV mounting, curtain rails, shelf brackets, door adjustments — small jobs that are hard to book without Korean.

🧳

Traveler SOS

Lost luggage follow-ups, Airbnb disputes, pharmacy guidance, Korean-only phone reservations. All you need is WhatsApp.

How it works

Describe it once, in English. That's your whole job.

1

Tell us the situation

WhatsApp or KakaoTalk. Photos help. Vague is fine — "there's a bug situation and I don't want to talk about it" works.

2

We scope it & quote it

We figure out who solves this in Korea, get their price, and send you one fixed quote. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

3

Handled, and reported back

We coordinate the job in Korean, keep you updated in English, and send the receipt when it's done.

⚠️ For real emergencies, call the professionals first

Safety emergencies go to 112 (police) or 119 (fire & ambulance) — both have English interpretation. For non-emergency government help in English, the 1330 Korea Travel Helpline runs 24/7. We're for everything that comes after.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as "anything else"?

If it's a real-life problem in Korea that needs a local to solve it, it probably counts: a broken AC, cockroaches, setting up internet, a phone call you can't make in Korean, mounting a TV, a bill you don't understand. Message us — the first answer is free, and if it's not something we can do, we'll point you to someone who can.

How does pricing work for one-off requests?

We scope your request, find the right professional, and send one fixed quote in the chat — their price plus our coordination fee, listed separately. Simple call-making and translation tasks start from ₩20,000. You approve the total before anything is booked.

Can you just make a phone call for me in Korean?

Yes — one of our most-used services. Delivery disputes, clinic appointments, telecom cancellations, landlord conversations. Tell us what you need said and what outcome you want; we make the call and report back in English, usually the same day.

I'm a traveler, not a resident. Can I still use this?

Absolutely. Lost luggage follow-ups, Airbnb issues, pharmacy guidance, Korean-only phone reservations — travelers are half the reason this service exists. All you need is WhatsApp.

What can't you do?

We don't provide legal, medical, immigration or visa advice — for those we can only help you find and book the right licensed professional. We can't help with anything unlawful. And safety emergencies should always go to 112 (police) or 119 (fire/ambulance) first — both have English interpreters.

Can I pay by card? Will I get a receipt?

Yes — Korean and international credit cards, cash, or bank transfer. Official receipts issued.

Whatever it is — just describe it.
