How to read these ranges: the lower figure is the ordinary version of that job. The upper figure is not a cap — it is where the job lands when the pipe is old, the blockage is deep, or access is awkward, and the exact number is judged on site by the technician. Out-of-hours call-outs add a surcharge on top. Whatever the figure turns out to be, you hear it and approve it before any work begins; decline and you pay nothing.
What we don't take on: leak investigation (누수 탐지) or water damage between units — liability for those sits with the building. Contact your landlord or building management (관리사무소) first; we're happy to help you make that call in Korean.

Does the plumber speak English?
Your entire conversation with us — quotes, scheduling, updates — happens in English. The plumber we send is a local Korean professional and may not speak English, but you won't need it: we explain the diagnosis and price in your chat, and interpret by phone if anything comes up on site.
How much will it cost?
Standard clogs run ₩70,000–120,000; deep blockages needing high-pressure jetting run ₩120,000–200,000; building main lines start from ₩150,000 with an on-site quote. Those are guide ranges — where a job sits inside the range is decided on site by the technician, and a night, weekend or holiday call-out adds a surcharge. The price is always confirmed with you before work starts — and if we can't fix it, it's ₩0.
Should my landlord pay, or me?
In Korea, clogs from daily use (hair, wipes, food waste) are usually the tenant's responsibility; aging pipes, structural defects and in-wall leaks are the landlord's. We give you a written diagnosis with camera footage that you can forward to your landlord or real-estate agent (budongsan) — it usually settles the question quickly.

Our own fee is paid by PayPal — card or PayPal balance, no Korean bank account needed. The plumber's charge is settled with them directly: most take cash or bank transfer, and some take cards. Tell us what suits you and we'll confirm it with them before booking, receipts included.
I already poured chemical drain cleaner in. Is that a problem?
Please tell us before we arrive — chemical residue can be hazardous to the technician. We follow a separate procedure: safely flushing the residue first, then finishing with high-pressure jetting.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. If the same blockage returns within 1 year of the service date, the pro who did the work re-does it free under their warranty. You'll get a written warranty card with your service record, plus prevention tips in English. We stay on the case and make the call for you in Korean.
